Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult interview questions

Initial phone interview followed by face to face in person interview. A presentation on a specific topic was required for the face to face interview. The face two face included a Q&A and tour of the facility.

Interview process took around 2-3 months from start to finish. It consisted in different round of interviews (recruitment, technical, hiring manager and HR), including a panel interview where candidates had to present a task and answer multiple questions.
