I applied online. I interviewed at Cellares in Apr 2026
Interview
Artfully orchestrating to gain industry insights while not hiring anyone. The questions were comprehensive and required some effort to summarize into a deck. It was clear no one on panel other than hiring manager bothered to do a pre-read of the deck.

Many prepped questions about what you have done and what you would do across 5-6 elements of key functionality. What have you done in the past x time horizon that mirrors the following business scenario. Similar to a consulting proposal to gain your business.
Had a virtual interview then an in person interview. Was well organized and efficient. Sufficient preparatory information was given in advance for each round. Final round included a presentation + Q&A.
