Met with two people for thirty minutes each: the Director of Manufacturing Operations first, who would be my manager, and Senior Director of Compensation & Benefit second. This took place via Microsoft Teams.

Question 1
Director of Manufacturing Operations was a technical interview, and Senior Director of Compensation & Benefit was a personality based interview.
Long and tedious interview process. Had multiple rounds of interviews with different people. All went well and I received positive feedback post interview. But no offer, had to wait more than a month after the final interview for them to come back with an offer.
