Unfortunately, my experience with the recruitment process at this company was disappointing. My first interview was scheduled with two managers, but after a brief discussion of my experience— which fully matched my CV— one of the managers stated that my background in battery production did not align with their requirements. As a result, the interview was cut short after just 15 minutes.
To make the process more efficient and respectful of candidates’ time, I suggest introducing a 15-30 minute initial screening call with a recruiter. This would help assess alignment between a candidate’s experience and the role’s expectations early on, streamlining the hiring process and improving the overall candidate experience.
