I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Celo in Jan 2020
Interview
Designed them a full stack solution. They demanded this from prospective employees before they'd even speak to them! Had to send them the whole thing, including a database, digital assets, a web server etc.
The person interviewing had never even looked at it, let a lone run it. Hugely un-professional. In the interview he mainly just rattled off generic questions as quickly as possible.
This isn't an important company, outfits like these are a dime a dozen in Auckland. They weren't paying anything special. The fact that it was quiet that time of year is the only reason I did it.
Wasn't offered a position, and knew immediately after the interview I didn't want one.
