      Business Development Executive Interview

      25 Feb 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Centellic (London, England) in Oct 2023

      Interview

It was an assessment center with a personal interview and a group task. Their assessment was bad because they look at only your eye service and not the actual performance.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centellic (London, England) in Feb 2025

      Interview

2 stage interview process. First stage was a 30 min virtual call over microsoft teams with 2 hiring managers. After getting to the final stage of the interview which was a one hour interview at the office with a roleplay task, i was left waiting downstairs for over an hour with no communication from there side as to what was happening. After leaving, i did not receive any info or apology for what happened. Shows the company culture and lack of communication. I would not recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you experienced this. We investigated at the time and discovered there had been a lack of communication between the security desk and the hiring manager, which was entirely unacceptable. We have now amended the process when a candidate arrives in reception to ensure they are promptly brought to the interview room. I do hope this incident does not deter you from applying again but I wish you the very best with your search.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Centellic (London, England) in Jul 2024

      Interview

Role play and then further questions into the role and industry. It Was a bit difficult but maybe that was just me. I felt it was more of an interrogation rather than asking me simple questions. I think it was how the manager asked the questions
