Interviewed by 2 friendly supervisors and given a verbal language test. Discussed community issues and interests as well as background in mental health and social work. After first interview returned for a second and was given a tour and introduced around. Was required to do fingerprinting and background check which took time. Flexible about start date.

The interview is two times. The first one is a group interview and the second one is an in-person interview. The interviewers are kind and warm. This is my first one went through the group interview, it is important to respect and listen to each other.
