I applied with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Once I finished that general application, I did a phone interview with CCA. There were about 3 individuals that I spoke with over the phone. I spoke with the two who were in charge of the program and one person who had my position prior to me

2 on 1 Process, with the director of the program and senior management. A very easy process they will just go over your resume and ask why are you a good fit for the position.
