Four-part process meeting several teams in progression of seniority, each about one hour. Very hierarchical, starting with the recruiter who relayed everything in a game of telephone. A writing test that involved writing an email to a graphic designer based on interpreting a chart, and a short sample blog based on some of their "research." Senior management had very 1980s notions about marketing management and seemingly zero idea how social platforms work. The culture didn't seem to value diversity, which is at odds with its financial inclusion mission; its operations and messaging suggested that lower-income people were objects to study, rather than partners to incorporate. Seemed like a very unpleasant culture, and I bowed out after that fourth interview.
