Multiple interviews. Performance exam required. It is an intensive interview process. Very formal. It takes a very long time to get through the interview process making it hard to know whether or not the organization is interested in hiring you. You meet with the entire department team.

Interview
First interview was a 30 minute Zoom interview with supervisor. In this interview, a description of the job responsibilities were given and more detail about the position and organization.
Second interview was 30-ish minute Zoom interview with supervisor and two team members. They asked why I'm excited/qualified for the position after learning more about it.

Interview
The process took a little bit less than 3 weeks. Applied, first round interview over skype with 2 people the following week. Found out after that I made a following round of interview. Went to D.C. to interview. Was interviewed by 6 people at the same time.
