I had two interviews and a writing test. The first interview was a phone screen, followed by an hour-long writing test. The second interview was in person with all the members of the team, and I was asked questions in English and Russian.

Fast process. With multiple rounds. The interview process was clear. The response however was much longer to arrive.
I was contacted quickly after deposit of my application. First week was for the screening interview. The second was with the rest of the team.

Applied online and had a connection provide a referral. Had a phone interview a week or so after applying, followed by an in-person panel interview with the team I was applying to work with. Heard back 4/5 weeks after the in-person interview but had to reach out to the interviewers to find out I was rejected.
