Center for Sustainable Energy interview questions

Behavior based questions "Tell me about a time when" and they asked for a writing sample of a response I would send to a customer. Very informative about the specifics of what the position would entail.

Had an initial interview and then a technical interview the next week. Everyone was friendly besides the lead interviewer, who was extremely passive aggressive. He's camera and mic was awful for the interview which led me to ask him to repeat his questions multiple times and misunderstand some of them. I'm not sure how he's able to communicate with his team effectively. He did not seem like anyone I would like to work with. The whole time I felt like he was acting as if he was afraid I was going to take his job, which with the way the interview went I would understand why. The other interviewers were a pleasure to speak with.
