You pitched your salary and the CEO would pitch back stating what the starting was.
It wasn't very difficult as long as you knew about your technical skills with computers. Very simple questions.

Interview
Long 4 hour interview. First spoke with a Manager, another Manager, and finally the CEO. When I was asked about Salary expectations I went a little too high - 37,000. I will be emailing the CEO the number I think is correct, which will be 34,000.
