Interview
Pretty straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary. Asked about past experience, some questions on what would you do in this scenario. Overall not super difficult. Prepare like you would for a standard interview.
Interview process is so easy . Just read about basic tool like micrometer and caliper. Not much technical, just show enthusiasm. 50% I think they hire you by just looking at your resume . Last 50% it will be just your body language, positive attitude during interview.

Scheduled quicky. In person. Clear questions about previous experience and skill set along with technical questions about automation and tool making building, assembly. Actually showed me a conglomeration of prints and asked if I could build it. Everything is the sum of its parts I responded
