Started with a phone call late at night from the clearly overworked controller, promising that the job was full-time "and then some." Boy I wish I read into that more...
The in-person interview was fine, they clearly forgot I was coming and then juggled half a dozen people to come talk to me so it would seem like a meaningful meeting. After being told I was qualified to do my boss's job I received an offer the very next day.

The interview was more of an informal conversation focused on character, it was made clear that character fit was important. College experience and internship were briefly discussed and an offer was made that day.
