Disappointed with the hiring process. They reached out to me by looking at my profile on a job portal. 2 telephonic rounds took place with HRs. After that a whole virtual interview with the Design Lead. And then got assigned an assignment to complete in 2 days as the next step. Till here the process was pretty average. But then, they ghosted me. No feedback. No rejection. Complete silence. I sent out 2 mails as a follow-up up hoping for a response, but no revert. As designers, it has become very common that companies assign us full fledged reponsive UI designs, asks for figma links, and don't even have the integrity to give a small feedback and a rejection mail. Centilytics/Zarthi is also doing the same, which you should be aware of if interviewing with them.
