I had a great conversation with the recruiter. Wonderfully patient and very helpful with my questions. Follow up with any information that wasn't available was actually sent to me right after the interview.

Very long and drawn out, between, initial contact via phone to setting up the appointment, the checking of references and back ground check, then waiting to start on the beginning of a payperiod, and coordination with their orientation schedule. It took over a month to get through the hiring process.
