Centric Software Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was way too long, they expect candidates to do a technical test that takes around 6-8 hours (according to them) without any kind of remuneration and it is one of the first steps of the process, so you are expected to expend +6 hours of your free time working for them for free without even having any kind of knowledge of how likely you are to get the position. The test itself is not very difficult, but definetly time consuming no matter if you are an expert.

A few rounds with one technical interview at the end. Went with a different career option so did not complete the final interview. Total of 4 interviews, everyone was nice and fair considering experience level .
