There was a case study presented on the table, questions asked about that which was fine. Interview was by two people. It was all fine except one of the interviews was scrolling on his phone for a large part of the process which was off putting.

Really lovely people but poorly organised interview process and didn't feel any respect towards the candidate experience considering the time and effort I put into the process. Lack of specific feedback after I wasn't selected and felt the process was a chore for them. 1st round general Q&A and talk about CV. Also about view of sector and key investor themes. Also technical questions about IRR. Then asked to make model and presentation on a case study to then present to seniors in the team. Overall team mostly does a lot of pitching and not much execution on a relative basis, which means more client facing and meetings although they do still do interesting work.
