I applied in-person. I interviewed at Century 21 (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
First a group interview , than 1 on 1 interview. If you don't get a 1 on 1 that means there not interested. They also ask you to do a math test but it's mostly how would you give change to a customer if his change is 32.73 what denominations would you give him.
The interview process was very simple. Did a group interview going around asking about yourself and some questions about the company. Overall I would say it was a good experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Century 21 (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was very good and thorough loved it and I would Do it again and the people there were very welcoming and knowledgable. I would say that they could hold fewer rounds but thats just one mans opinion
Typical real estate brokerage interview. Discussed culture, training and technology. They will give almost anyone an opportunity to prove themselves. Real estate brokerage is a numbers game. 10% of those who try succeed, so they have to recruit 10 to gain 1 producer.
