Century Distribution Systems interview questions

- In-depth face to face communications with department head and team manager - Honest mutual expectation managing dialogues - Additional follow-up communications upon my request, which was really showing a great deal of genuine care towards (potential) employee

The process was easy, just went over my background and learned about the company. The recruiter that scheduled this interview gave them a different date then she gave me. They did their best to accomodate this error and I interviewed with everyone except hiring manager. This turned out being a huge waste of time. Am I bitter? Of course. The interview with the hiring manager was never rescheduled and I didn't get a fair shake. Other wise the interviewers were pleasant and I guess the few that participated made the best of a bad situation.
