Two separate phone interviews, each was roughly 30 minutes. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second interview was with the firmware manager. Firmware manager did not ask so many technical questions.

Interview
The process was simple and easy. There was an initial technical interview going over experiences and explaining common firmware concepts. The second stage involved more of a personality test with standard straightforward questions. They were quick, communicative, and very organized.
