The assessment day consisted of 3 stages. First was a presentation where you had 15 minutes to prepare a topic from a newspaper subject, then it was a a critical reasoning test and finally it was the final 45 minutes interview.

The interview process was a full day using various methodologies of testing skills. We met different people within the company which was interesting. Overall a good experience, although it was long.

Was not a great experience. The process was really long and some of the steps could have been completed online saving everyone's time. Was contacted for the assessment centre half a day before. Did not really like the people there, they made you fell uncomfortable. They are trying to make the company look more important than it actually is.
