Certainty Home Loans interview questions

First off my interview was very informal but I do not know if that's very typical or not. We got lunch at Brio and discussed the job opportunity. And then I received another email from the operations manager who wants to hire me.

Email from manager and once screened met in office twice for interview with sales manager and operations manager. Offer and counter offer completed via email. The whole process took less than 7 days to complete.
