Unprofessional and disorganized. I applied and a recruiter reached out to me requesting a call and left a couple of time slots for the following day and the day after that. I replied and picked one of the slots she had listed and asked her to confirm that would work so I could make arrangements on my end. When I didn't hear a reply, I reached out to her the following night. She replied the next morning and said "Sorry, can you do a different day or early next week instead". At which point I deleted the emails and moved on. If my time isn't important to you, then your time isn't important to me.
