An executive recruiter introduced me to an open sales position with FFDC which resulted in an initial interview with the hiring manager. This proceeded to the next step which was a face-to-face interview followed by an interview with one of the founders. The company, culture, environment and people were easy selling points and it was easy to get excited about the success to date as well as both the short-term and long-term potential. After the second interview the FFDC recruting manager got involved and once a verbal was offered the standard reference checks and background proceeded but the on-boarding process has been amazing and it took all of 10 minutes on my first day to realize that I have joined an amazing company.
