Interview
Interview was with a Manager, the Software Engineering Lead, and the CEO.
They talked about my resume (which was pretty bland at the time), showed me the offices, had me meet with the different teams there, and asked which team I felt like I was most interested in. Some of the teams asked me a couple questions, but for the most part there was pretty much 0 technical questions.

Experience at school/internship. Not really many technical questions at all.
They were minimally invasive. Asked about my experience and expectations. They lied about always contacting candidates to let them know their decision. They ignored all future attempts at contact. Very unprofessional, dishonest and discourteous was my final impression.

Interview
Email, Phone, and In-Person Interviews. Very relaxed and not very intrusive. Was referred by a friend. Didn't take long. Interviewers were more involved with making sure I could work well in a team environment (everyone works as teams here).
