I applied online and was responded to by a recruiter at Catch Talent. After the initial phone screen, I was asked to prepare for a role-play over the phone. I was tasked with calling a franchisee and trying my hand at a pitch based on the content available on the website. Afterward, I was set up for an onsite interview with 4 members of their team.
