I was shortlisted from 40 candiates. First, There was a phone interview. It was a general interview to know my education and experience with reference to the position applies. The, A video interview was conducted through Skype. It was very interesting and lively as though i was attending the interview in person at the company as we were able to wacth through a webcam.
