I applied online. I interviewed at Chainstack in Apr 2026
Interview
The process included an initial recruiter conversation followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The discussion covered my background, previous experience, and industry knowledge. The hiring manager joined the interview approximately 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. I was told I would receive an update by the end of the week. After the interview, I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update but did not receive a response before receiving a generic rejection email approximately two months later. While the conversations themselves were professional, the lack of communication and lengthy delay left me with a disappointing candidate experience.

Interview
I had a call with their recruiter, followed by a call with their hiring manager.
Was advised to expect a test, but instead received a rejection, sadly.
Furthermore, I loved the interview process with the team, very technical and professional :)

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chainstack in May 2025
Interview
3 stages: 1st 30 min with recruiter, 2nd 45 min with Tech Lead, 3rd and last 45 min with CTO. 1st round was the usual talking, the recruiters English level wasn't the best but it was fine. The second was a technical interview, but theoretical only, I felt like it didn't go very well and that I didn't answer the questions that well but I still got through to the last stage, which was a mix of both, asking about my experience and some technical questions. I got some red flags from all stages but decided to keep going. The last stage interview was over 2 weeks ago and no feedback was given
