Had a preliminary phone interview with a recruiter. It was very smooth and uneventful, though the compensation package we discussed was below the market average for my experience level. I will be interviewing again with the group manager in a week.

Interview
The first round is a phone interview with the manager. The second round is a production tour and in person interview with chemists and the manager. You should receive a call after this stage saying letting you know if you got the job.
