Question 1
They didn't ask me anything, they called, offered a job, took ID through email and I started.

Interview
The welcoming was just superb! Ladies at reception asked me for a drink when I arrived and brought me a form to fill out. After a couple of minutes, and once I finished with paperwork, the consultant came to me and we both had a very interesting chat about my backround/experience, skills and future perspective.
I thought I was applying for the position just above when, all of a sudden, and after being explaining my career goals and so on for about 15 minutes, this very polite gentleman told me he is actually not in charge of this kind of 'senior' roles. I could not believe it! The offer on Caterer was very clear and when I got their first call, he was on the phone! Anyways..
Immediately, I was introduced to one of his colleagues who, apparently, had a couple of positions available that would fit me.. I waited her and went through my CV, again, just to realize that at the end all what she was offering me was a couple of temporary jobs I did not apply to and which definitely had nothing to do with the initial offer (neither the responsibilities nor the wage).
I still cannot comprehend why they made me come in for just that when I was applying for a completely different position.. I considered it very annoying and not professional at all!
Conclusion? I had a very bad experience and do not think it is a serious/professional way to do business nowadays! Be aware of it for the next one and do not make people waste their time, please.
