Felt at ease and asked meaningful questions that prompted answers that required fully thought out answers. Interviewers put me at ease and explained what the role would involve and explained what it was like working in that role.

standard interview format, questions about your feelings about the role, previous experience. good introduction to company culture and a very human approach. good with accommodations for various health issues and disabilities.

Formal but also very relaxed. Asked interview questions and also engaged with me in a friendly manner. Employees asked about my customer service experience, how comfortable I am receiving feedback and communicating on the phone, and how I adapt to differing personalities on a team.
