I applied online and received a phone call a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The interview consisted of basic background questions, mostly them talking about the position. Then they emailed saying next we would need to do a Skype interview with another hiring manager. This consisted of pretty much the same questionnaire. I waited about a month later before hearing back from them.
