The process was very fair, and I genuinely enjoyed the interactions I had with the employees I met throughout the process. The first round was a fairly casual conversation with one of the lead engineers. After that, there was an on-site consisting of three interviews - one with some pair programming, another that was more systems design-y, and another focused on collaboration. After I passed that stage, there was one final interview with CEO, and a relatively thorough referral check. After I got the offer, I genuinely felt like everyone took care to address any outstanding doubts I had, and I was impressed by how transparent everyone seemed to be.
