Charah Solutions, Inc. interview questions

Didnt last long offered little insight on day to day operations and didnt get any detail about if internal growth and promotion or pay increases or growth in company

I used a jobs seeker app I found online and submitted my application, within a few days I got a call from Charah. An interview was set up to take place within a week at the Belews Creek job site, with Andrew S Reising, during the interview we talked about the position I was applying for along with personal experiences, family and expectations. About two weeks later I was asked to submit to a drug screen and after another week I was cleared to come to work with the Charah team. Training started with two days in front of a computer, then a few days riding with a trainer as well as the trainer riding with me before they were confident of my ability to operate the equipment.
