The selection process consisted of three rounds. It began with an Online Assessment on the HackerEarth platform, designed to evaluate my coding and analytical skills. After clearing this round, I moved on to the Technical Screening, where I was assessed on my core technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and project experience. The final stage was the Managerial Round, which focused on my communication skills, ability to work in a team, and overall approach to challenges. Following successful performance in all rounds, I was offered the role.
