the process didn't take too long because they are desperate for anybody with a pulse to work there because I cannot maintain employees. it probably took three or four days to hear from them with a phone screening which was pretty standard the person who I spoke with didn't really seem interested in my experience or what I have to say more concerned about filling the position. a few days later probably two or three I had an in-person and they said that they were get back to me about three days later son says about how long it takes to run a CORI check since they do the bare minimum, they sent an offer letter. In comparison to other places in Boston they have a very fast hiring process because they really don't care about who works there. nobody knows anything about the organization because they're so small and disorganized but they see about a 95% Spanish speaking only population which is fine actually it's admirable but if you're going to have people working directly with people who only speak one language and then they need to add SAS people Spanish skills on the spot not just have them read a paragraph and if they can get through it say it's fine. For billing jobs where there's no patient contact at all you don't need any special skills but for any other position which is the majority of the positions are face patients the person's Spanish level needs to be assessed more thoroughly than the poor job they did.
