I applied and they responded very quickly wanting to do a 30 minute zoom first round interview. The interview went great and the recruiter was really nice. Although she seemed very inexperienced. I took a Raven’s assessment that took about 45 minutes and it seemed incredibly unrelated to the role. I was sure that I did well however, the next day I got news that I failed and I’m no longer being considered.

Case Study over LinkedIn sourcing with team leaders
Offer approval via leadership
initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
