I wish I had read the reviews PRIOR to going through the interview process. I applied on the company website, was contacted by the recruiter.
I fell for the mission and I REALLY wanted to be in the position of Group Quality Supervisor and with each new interview I was made to feel like I was getting closer and this only made me more excited.
Five INTENSIVE interviews-including one panel interview with a presentation that took hours to prepare with much thought and passion. Again, five interviews.
So, when I the recruiter responded to me (only after I inquired) and I was informed, “they are taking a look at our needs” and “they are looking to see where we are internally” and “may not be hiring” my heart sank.
I was then informed that although "this position may not work" , I was a good candidate and they would see where else I would fit but this did not happen either. Two months of back and forth and then silence.
This appears to be common practice at Charlie Health! There were no less than four other reviews that detailed the EXACT same process I went through only to be told that Charlie Health “went with another candidate” or “I just never heard back.” I suppose I will be just another review.
I just have to say- it seems beyond odd to me that Charlie Health would post any position that wasn’t in need of hiring (by the way it is STILL posted out there)- that alone is one thing but to put a person through such intensive interviewing for apparently no reason seems cruel.
Please do better- and PLEASE remember that Charlie Health represents MENTAL HEALTH- please consider the mental health of those that are being interviewed.
