I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
First interview was one on one with a recruiter - high level questions about my background and experiences. Then they made me take an IQ type test, followed by a presentation that you have to prepare on your own over the next week. Followed by a panel interview with 2 team members one being DBO. Strange interview process.
Introductory interview with a corporate recruiter

Interview with director on the recruiting team
Case Study over LinkedIn sourcing with team leaders
Offer approval via leadership
initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
