A document is sent out to candidates describing each stage of the process, and we are told who we are going to meet in advance. And the best part is those are the people you actually meet on the day! Everything ran smoothly on the day itself, and I wasn't made to wait around at all. Everyone thanked me for taking the time to meet with them, which really struck me, and every single person I spoke with clearly loved their job and spending time with their colleagues.
