I interviewed with Charlotte Water twice for a position in communications. The second interview required a 15 minute mock presentation and submission of a marketing campaign plan, which they gave me only a day or two to complete prior to the interview. It ended up being an hour and a half, with 6 people interviewing me. Although the interview was rigorous and intense, the staff was polite and amiable. My primary issue is they never got back to me, despite many calls and emails. They took great effort to not share other staff emails other than HR, who has since ignored me. I'm no stranger to job rejection, but after quite a bit of time and effort on my part, it was disheartening to not even warrant a "thanks, but no thanks" email. A bit ironic coming from the communications department now that I think about it.
