Application & Screening – Submit your CV and cover letter. The school reviews your qualifications.
Initial Interview – A discussion with the Head of Department (HOD) or school leadership about your experience, teaching philosophy, and classroom management skills.
Demo Lesson – You may be asked to teach a sample lesson to students or a panel to assess your teaching style and engagement.
Final Interview – A meeting with the principal or administration to discuss expectations, school culture, and salary.
Offer & Onboarding – If selected, you receive an offer and begin the onboarding process.
