The interview process at Chase is a very positive one. It was a great opportunity to find out more about the company - they were happy to answer any questions I had and provided a great overview of what exactly was expected in the role. They made me feel at ease and asked lots of questions, so it was clear they wanted to ensure I was going to be successful in the role, as well as, go on to really enjoy the position (and meritocratic nature of career progression) in the longer term. The interviewers were friendly and keen to make me feel at ease.
