Admittedly, we have a lengthy interview process, but all for good measure to find candidates that will be a good match for our company. Each interviewer brings a unique perspective of the candidate to our review process. We do also hope that the candidate takes every opportunity possible to be interviewing us as well to find out if we are the type of company they want to join. Do we fit their expectations, match their values, and provide the kind of culture they want. Very few candidates really take the time to do this, but those that do get the answers they need.
