Scheduled call on Teams, spoke with the head of operations, who I'd be reporting into, as well as the senior mortgages manager. Started out in a friendly way, as we each introduced ourselves and they explained how the interview would go. They asked a serious of questions that I gave extended answers to, leading into conversations about the nature of the industry, the job I was applying for, future ambitions and important soft skills. They gave me an opportunity towards the end to ask some questions which led into further conversations, before we wrapped things up. They gave me an expected time to hear back, which was accurate and we finished there.
