Interview
I recently spoke with HR about the job role, and they mentioned it would involve working night shifts. Additionally, they require the use of a personal laptop, which I declined due to concerns about potential issues and lack of company liability. I believe it’s not ideal for companies to ask candidates to use their personal equipment for work purposes, as it can lead to complications and lacks proper support. Therefore, I would advise against applying if the company does not provide office laptops.
