The recruitment process was smooth and efficient, taking 5 weeks to complete. It included four quality interviews and a concrete case study to be presented in front of an international panel.

Interview
Interview process was a couple of interviews and then a case study round, and then there would have been a final interview. I had brilliant comms from the internal talent team during the first two interviews, giving me clear feedback that I made sure I addressed in the next round. After the case study round, which took hours to prepare and present, all I received was an automated rejection email which contradicted all my previous positive feedback and I didn’t hear from the talent team again. Very disappointing for a big company that prides themselves on their culture

Case study is not technical but requires data analysis. You get to ask questions of the team during the case study which is helpful to understand what it’s really like to work there.
