The interview process was initially engaging, but the candidate experience fell short.
I completed 4 interview rounds and a substantial take-home assignment tied to real business needs, which I approached with the same professionalism and thoroughness I'd bring to the role.
After my final interview, I followed up multiple times and never received a response.
When candidates are asked to invest significant time in a multi-stage process, including unpaid work, basic communication and closure should be the minimum expectation.
Pretty informal very nice. Asked about past experiences and ability to work. Nothing out of the ordinary. Seemed like a lot of people knew each other to get the job
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chelsea Piers (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Interviewed with a panel of managers and directors. Very professional. Asked a lot of detailed questions. Very serious throughout the interview. They ask a lot about sales strategy used throughout the day with other studios. Asked about what I do in a day to day basis with members/clients.
